We delivery anywhere within mainland New Zealand.
To purchase for friends in Australia please use our Australian site www.elctoys.com.au - you will need to register at this site.
For ELC toy deliveries to other countries check www.elc.com for a list of worldwide distributors.
What does delivery cost?
We have a standard delivery charge per order, no matter how many products it includes. This is dependant on area see below.
1. Auckland wide $15
2. North Island excluding Auckland $25
3. South Island $35
Some of our heavier items will have an extra charge added to this. It will tell you the extra charge in the detailed description of the product.
Gift voucher only orders have no delivery charge.
The total delivery charge is shown before you finish the checkout process.
Very occassionly large deliveries to remote areas may cost more. One of our Direct Sales staff will contact you and discuss the extra charge prior to dispatch.
What is the relationship between ELC and Kids Central in Australia?
They are both run by the same people in Australia
In Australia & NZ we hold the distribution rights for ELC toys. We have a number of ELC toy only stores. In Australia our Kids Central stores have our ELC toy offer plus we have a selection of baby & fashion goods. We only have ELC stores in NZ. We have a physical store in Newmarket, Auckland and an online store.
Our Kids Central online store holds the complete range of ELC toys plus baby & fashion from some of our favourite brands.
To buy for relatives in Australia you can use either www.kidscentral.com.au or www.elctoys.com.au. You will need to register separately at these sites.
